Hmm...Also for the Rise Of Cobra vehicles, the Dragonfly with Lift Ticket was listed, and is a separate listing from the Dragonhawk with Wild Bill. A few years back when the Hasbro GI Joe Q&A was still around, Hasbro did state that the Dragonfly was returning. Maybe the listing in question is proof that it was at least planned.
