This is good and bad. Good if you're looking to build Shield Mandroids, but bad if you wanted the Spider-man wave in one shot. I think it may be a positive that they're releasing a part 2 to the Spidey because they may squeeze a few of the 'lost' figures into that case. I think this will be final proof for Hasbro that when a buyer is taking 8 or 16 figs at a time, that there is no need to not include all the RC's, variants, swaps etc in a one case, one shot deal.

Questions still exist with the Cap wave. Like what are they including in the second wave(if I understood that correctly), and what are the remaining figures for the 2 waves we'll be getting from ASM2?

It was nice to get some info on the ML line nonetheless, I wish it was a monthly interview or press release kind of thing though
