Hmmm, It's heavy for it's size, but then again, I've seen a friend hang a Hasbro Millenium Falcon (the '03 OTC, not the newer larger one) from the ceiling with some sort of composite fishing line, so I would imagine that this one could be displayed that way too.

I picked up The Clone Wars one round this time last year, and I have to agree, it's an intensely satisfying toy that unfortunately is better suited as a diorama/display, and I simply have no room for another massive ship of that size. =(
Plus..my girlfriend would probably have kittens if I picked up another Slave 1. I have The Trilogy Collection version (which was a re-deco of Jango's Slave 1 from Attack Of The Clones) as well as the Shadows Of The Empire/POTF version that came out when the line first re-released. Been trying to track down the much smaller, economy sized Slave 1 that was put out a while back, but believe it or not...I still have only seen it in the stores only two or three times, and have been unable to get a hold of it. Star Wars distribution in my area has been really poor, especially in the major retailers like TRU, over the last few years.
SO jealous of your Clone Wars Slave 1 set, lol! If you really want that smaller Slave 1, check the discount stores like Ross and TJ Maxx. I've seen more at one of those stores in a single visit than I've seen at Target and TrU combined. Plus, they typically have them priced anywhere between $10 - $14, compared to the $20 or $25 TrU and Target are selling it for.
