Ok I finally got his last power up in PVP on a practice run, takes forever but surprisingly I won...although not sure if he's good to use on a real offensive battle. When I fight against Doom myself in PVP, I beat him so easily...so I don't know if I would personally use him on defend side. But straight to the point, I just wanted to see his power come up, I don't think I'll ever use it again just cause it takes way too long to get to use in a real battle, especially if you're trying to get it done fast
