I am lucky in the sense that my wife and 9 year old son are all in on the collecting with me. At least when it comes to TMNT figures and the hunt I go on in stores to complete the collection I have a few other things here and there that I get and it is never a problem with them. I do sometimes get the "look" from people when I go on a toy hunt by myself. So having my boy along with me is an extra bonus lol
