I respectfully disagree. These movies have a HUGE cult following, and unlike the Predator franchise, which has had a history of cool figures (like the 90's Kenner stuff, and the McFarlane stuff from about 10 years ago), the PotA franchise has hardly had any action figures at all. Off the top of my head, the only notable PotA figures I can think of were the old Megos. Because of the absence of quality figures, I predict that PotA fans are going to seriously support this line.
Granted, these probably won't outsell the Predator line, but what does that matter? It's not as if the two are in direct competition. NECA is still going to make a nice profit off of these.
Also, IMO, the Prometheus line flopped because the movie flopped.
