I think that this team will be as divided as the Civil War was in Marvel. I myself am glad that Steve is back and on AN Avenger team.

That being said, I think that if he is running SHIELD and not in the field, then the outfit shown is PERFECT for that role. It leads back to Fury and his SHIELD days, but has the American touch that is Steve Rogers.

IF (HUGE IF), If Steve is going to be a Field Commander, then he should have taken a look that could (at first) disguise who he is and still instill pride in the team. I would have taken the American Son Armor and used it (but slowly removed bits and pieces until it was back to a suit/outfit similar to the one he is wearing but with the mask similar to the old Bucky one.

I like the team, as it is not a perfect team, and is infact really a hodge podge of characters that all have strengths but have failings as well. I think that this team, MAY end up having the best chemistry and stories.
