For me, it's a tie between Arm. Starscream and Scoop.

scoop is very striking to look at, i love how the colors pop.. but he's a nightmare trying to keep everything pegged together in his alt mode.. nothing wants to stay connected, and if you press the pegs into the ports, the edges of the ports get stress marks. also, his targetmasters are so unimaginative it's criminal. their gun modes are basically two robots laying on their stomachs.. we've seen better and for $14.99 at target, we deserve better.
I don't really have any issues with my Scoop. Everything pegs together nicely and the only negative for me is the ports on his shins are a little too small for his TM pegs.
As for the TMs themselves, have you seen the originals they're based on? To me, the Generations versions are a vast improvement - even with the transformation being almost identical.

the minicon team is a disaster.. the individual robot modes are crappy, especially the tank, his robot mode is exceptionally terrible. the combined mode looks awful. he has a gigantic gap in his torso, he's got obvious legs and arms hanging off his back. and the forearms sort of angle backwards which just looks extremely awkward. the only decent part of this set are the alt modes, they're all fairly good looking. but it's all downhill from there.
lastly, skywarp.. i like the mold, and he's a must have figure if you own starscream and thundercracker.. the trio looks quite well together.
Yeah, I haven't heard very good things about that Minicon combiner. Then again, there has never been a
good
Minicon combiner (even the one from Energon kinda sucked). But I will probably pick it up at some point anyway (new mold, and all).
Skywarp is a must-buy for me to complete my trio, but Screamer and Scoop were higher priorities.
