Just checked out the Target near my office during lunch... no arrival of wave 2 yet. Both pegs had that grey dot marker on them which I think means they'll be re-ordered soon? On a side note, the cool Target clerk helping me out did say that he knows a couple of folks who swoop in and buy the whole waves right away to resell them online. F*cking lame sauce.
