[Snowflakian]

Doom 2099

He's just an Ultron body, Doom head, and parts painted black, and cowl blue. Also had to touch up the silver on the face since the QC on him was horrid and had 'skin' all over his mask. The cape is from a cobra commander figure.

The head fits perfectly snug for full motion, and won't twist pop off like his normal body does. Almost like this was the body he should have had from the start.
