Depends on what you're looking for. The DCC Arkham Origins Batman is my personal favorite in terms of sculpt and articulation, and looks like a reimagined New 52 Batman. But you said "regular" Batman, so maybe you don't want armor - so in that case, maybe the Arkham City series 3 (or was it 4?) super articulated Batman.

Honestly, if you don't care about articulation then any of the Arkham Bats are good to get. You even get your choice between blue or black, because they released quite a few variations with only minimal changes to the Arkham Asylum sculpt.
