I went to the Square Enix support site listed on the box (SQUARE ENIX Support Center). I clicked the "Merchandise" option on the left side and then clicked "Merchandise" on the new menu that showed up in the middle of the screen. Clicked the "Contact" button followed by "Get Support". I then provided all the necessary info until I was able to send an email through the site. After a couple emails back and forth (including pics of the damage), I was told that a replacement was being sent my way along with a FedEx tracking number. A few days later and I have a brand new stand!

Thanks for this! Recently opened a DK Rises Batman and its right arm broke off. Just removing it from the package did that, nothing else. Hopefully I'll be able to get a replacement... I love these figures and this is the first time I've had an issue.
