I am nonetheless excited for it. My Toynami 1/100's have busted polycaps. This Bandai version looks better and will most likely have much better quality control. Hell it looks AWESOME. Out of all the non-styalized, variable VF-1 toys on the market, it seems to have the best sculpt in battroid mode. Might preorder this one.
Yeah I think Bandai is finding the right formula for the 1/100 Macross line and I know the Fire Valk came out well so I have my hopes up because of that.

As yourself, one of the biggest reasons I'm excited about this one is that it appears to be very posable and the battroid mode looks fantastic. I wish the 1/60 line looked this good and it makes me wonder if Bandai will try to make this one even better at that scale.
