My biggest problem with X3 was they tried to cram too much into the film. They were pulling from three separate comic plots that weren't even related to each other (and separated by a decade of real-time in one case). Have to agree with you there regarding X-3, that movie granted was cool, but just way too much going on. With the Phoenix, Magneto and the whole cure was like 3 stories mashed into 1. Was awesome to see so many mutants as well, but it just went too fast and they practically all died off too quick. Hopefully DOFP is 1 story only.

You know with Disney doing Agents of SHIELD, I'm surprise Fox doesn't try to do a tv show on the mutants since there's so much promise there.
