After Hill's speech about how there is no underground Shield that Coulson should just come work with her because it's all over I think she's out of the game until Avengers 2. She said Fury is dead and we know that she knows better. She also said that was the only secret off-books Fury Shield base and we know that isn't true. I guess it's still possible.
