I then contacted him and told him that I found these exact pics floating on the net. He then contacted me back, saying that his "girl" sent the figs out already and he only took the pics off the net because his camera broke!
I then told him to send me a tracking number or some proof that even sent anything. Well, he never did. So now I'm out because this jerk off is a thief!
I contacted the post and have already started a fraud case. They are actually working pretty close on this one considering mail fraud is pretty serious these days. They told me that they didn't care if it was just stupid toys. It's all the same as anything else. I can't wait til this stuff catches up to this thief.
I am just sharing this story with everybody here so they don't get burned by this loser.

What was the guy's name and where did you send it?

This sounds suspiciously like a known scammer that loves to steal from people on at least one other board that I go to. Last time I saw him active he was posting pics of sought after figures that he lifted off of google. He also uses DC comics related usernames because he thinks he's clever...

If it is the same guy I'm thinking of, he stole $65 from me last year.
