To clarify, your first pic is Soultaker from Series 2 of McFarlane's Anime series, which did characters from popular anime such as Akira, Trigun, Tenchi Muyo and others. Here's a link for more info:

Your second pic is TS-2 from Spawn Series 18, also known as the Interlink 6 wave. TS-2 forms the torso of the combiner that you could make if you got all six robots from the wave. Here's a good reference link for wave 18:
