I have no idea why I gave this figure a go, other than having a partial Renegades Storm Shadow laying around...

He's mainly a Renegades Storm Shadow with Joe Colton forearms. There's some sculpting/scratch building on his head, forearms and shin protectors. The belt is from Capt. Britain.
