Nuke The Fridge had the pleasure to talk with
Scott Farrar
; VFX supervisor of
Transformers: Age Of Extinction
.
Mr. Farrar explains that there will be more talking characters (with regards to robots) than the previous movies and the new movie is the start of a new Trilogy.
He also praises Director
Michael Bay
for the amazing work he did for the movie and tells that they are still working on some scenes that need tweaking. The effects on the new movie are more practical than any other movie Mr. Farrar has worked on. He says that his favorite character is
Bumblebee
but there are some great new characters.
Here's the best part: Mr. Farrar says that the introduction of
Dinobots
led them to do some cool scenes involving Flying, Running and Charging.
"Instead of characters that turn into Humanoid Robots or Cars, these characters are Humanoids that turn into Dinosaurs."
Finally, he says that they are talking about
Transformers 5
and
6
but need to wait and see what happens.
