Doomsday's not mindless anymore. Due to his numerous evolutions, he's now gained intelligence as well.

But I will say he's not much of a team player, intelligent or not. It's quite possible he could view most (if not all) of his fellow villains as threats and attack them too. I know Luthor tried to control him once and it didn't work out. Plus, he's gone toe-to-toe with Darkseid and almost won, already. He would probably win the next fight, should he and Darkseid go at it again.

Having said that, I'm a little confused on the purpose of this thread, Nymesys. Did you want us to build a super-villain team, or a superhero team to battle the villains you listed in your OP?
