Comparing the castle to a PF figure is an apt comparison, IMO, simply because they are similarly priced and for a similar market; the collector. Perhaps it wasn't the

comparison, but my point was not about the change in size of the product, but about the scope of the changes.
It doesn't really matter what the product, delivering something that is in some significant way(s) different than what people ordered is a bad move. It seems naive to me to assume the majority will be happy with the changes.
Mattel will mention the buyer cancellations, but would they acknowledge the reasons at this point? Probably not. That would mean that they might share in the blame for the castle not being the success they thought it would be and I think that's what bothers a lot of people.
