We felt it best to retire the Charticon name, and hopefully from its ashes, its spirit will live on through a new initiative.

For those who attended in 2013, we know that the convention was a fantastic fan experience, which makes this news all the sadder. We already reported that there was to be no convention for 2014, but the organizers were once planning to bring things back in 2015. Since all future plans are currently canceled, you can certain reminess by going to our Charticon 2013 Photo Galleies. We here at TFW2005.COM wish the organizers all of the very best in their future endeavors, and rest assured if the convention is to return - even with a new name - we'll be here to report!
