Korean Version GokaiOh $60 (ships in box) - does have a small chip that was present when purchased. From what it looks like, the cover to the chest cannon was lodge in place and was forced open. Altogether, I never found it noticable and purely cosmetc, the main sail covers it up when in robot mode and the gimmick is intact.
