Hello all, I'm looking for a birthday present for a young boy, who is wayyyy into Marvel comics. He's on a huge kick for the new Steve Rogers costume, which can be seen in the following links-

I am looking for some talented individual who feels up to the task of creating a figure of this model with the following guidelines.
1 The figures is in the 3.75" Marvel Universe size, preferably as tall as the other figures such as Iron Man and Namor and such. The kid who is getting this won't play with toys out of size (he dislikes the Ultimate Cap figure because he thinks it's too tall compared to Iron Man and Spider-Man)
2 This toy is going to be played with. I understand that no paint is chip proof, but if the joints could be worn down to create minimal wear and tear, I would appreciate it.
I apologize for the "strict" nature, but I am going for the mondo of all cool presents and the child is VERY demanding (what kid isn't :P ).
If you feel up to the challenge, feel free to respond to this posting or, preferably, PM me with your thoughts and asking price. The birthday is a while away, so there is no rush. Thanks for your attention!
