I think it would be fine to scan the Batmobile instructions given:

1. There are multiple fan sites that are already dedicated to listing and archiving Lego instructions. (Unfortunately, they don’t have the SDCC Batmobile.)
2. Once I get the instructions, I intend to spend some money on Lego.com buying the parts and figures to make my own. So it's to Lego's benefit.

Of course, if you don’t feel comfortable listing the instructions, I understand.
