Sure thing. I just went through and did it again (actually got 81,000 this time around). For my Gamora, she was lvl 13 with soothing and the street fighter iso (the one that increases the chance of melee attacks criting). The first round, I used her 4th attack on the blaster, prompting the extra attack. Next attack I used demoralizing shout, to put cower (and hopefully) Doom on both Infiltrators.

The reason why I suggested the Soothing is that every round until the Doom triggers, I recharged to heal. There's actually a bonus for using recharge at least 5 times in a battle. Once Doom pops, use her 4th attack to finish him off (Stealthy and Fatal Blow) and then the other one the next round if Doom was applied to him as well.

Of course, if your Gamora's strong enough, you could just use the 4th attack three times. That actually got me the 81,000 lol. The previous tactic got me the 54,000 I mentioned before.
