On their SDCC show, Marvelicious News mentioned that they asked the Hasbro team about Red Deadpool and white Dr. Doom, and Hasbro's response was that due to Deadpool (in his red costume specifically I guess) and Dr. Doom being associated with Fox films, they had licensing conflicts preventing them from being able to sell them in the states. Interesting side note from the same show though, Hasbro is trying to get 2 waves of Legends figures greenlit for X-Men Age of Apocalypse, and if it happens, Phoenix 5 Cyclops would possibly be released (which would also seem to be an ideal time for Rogue, White Phoenix, Moonstar, and other X associated characters with cancelled figures to get released as well).
