It's certainly possible. It's only speculation at this point, as no official announcement has been made. My hope is it will be announced along with the price as we move closer to SDCC.

But I'm pretty sure you'd still be able to get it from Ebay or BBTS after the Con, just at the obligatory markup.

You know, I can't honestly remember. I seem to remember them showing up on BBTS, but I don't recall Diamond selling them directly.
