Disney does have an image they like to project, and without any proof (and I won't look up any examples), I'm sure they've put the kibosh on plenty of toys they deemed inappropriate for whatever reason. It didn't need clarifying, it's just baseless. Disney has done nothing to bar the release of the 3 Carnage action figures released by Hasbro since Disney bought Marvel in 2009. Or DST's Carnage Minimate at Luke's.

The Disney brand is not the Marvel brand. Disney may own both but Disney also owned Miramax pictures. Does this look like a character that sits between Snow White and Goofy?
