Never been a big fan of PAK's style, but I actually like that Vader design for some reason. I'll still pass on it, though. No sense in collecting another larger-scale SW line when I'm already committed to the 6" Black Series.

Figuarts are roughly 6"-scale, and I think Figmas are about the same. PAK figures are usually around 7" each, though.

The sword could be made out of that rubbery plastic that Hasbro uses on some of their toys for weapons (AOE deluxe Dinobots are a good example). That type of plastic is pretty light compared to the kind used for the figures themselves.
A clicky wrist joint couldn't hurt, either.
