Doubtful, same reason Marvel licensed out to Hasbro to begin with: it's easier to license out to someone else be paid for it, than take the responsibility of doing it yourself.

Considering Mattel is still producing a LOT of Disney stuff, I would point to the issue being more complicated. Again, Mattel REALLY dropped the ball on Frozen, and with the solid performance of Marvel and Star Wars (compared to how DC stuff has been handled by Mattel), it might have simply been a better business proposition to Disney (or punishment to Mattel).

But with buying Marvel in 2009, Lucasfilm in 2012, both multi-BILLION dollar deals, I don't see Disney buying Hasbro anytime soon. Again, it's better business to continue licensing and being paid for toys than make them (as Marvel did). Further, I really don't see much in Hasbro's property catalog that would drastically improve Disney's catalog enough to justify that kind of purchase.

WWE will likely go back to Jaxx Pacific. As for Ghostbuster and DC either Hasbro or Toy Biz I am sure would take the rights but they cannot Marvel legends them.
Ghostbusters, unless Sony gets a new film going, is a complete non-factor.
Toy Biz hasn't existed since 2008 (after briefly changing their name to "Marvel Toys" after Hasbro was given the Marvel master license). I'm surprised to see a collector not be familiar with that.

Its all those DC hotwheels, all those little kid DC figures.

It would have to be something huge to make them lose it and even then,
Hasbro is the only company that could handle a full DC license but DC/WB isn't going to want the same manufacturer as Disney/Marvel
Disney/Marvel certainly won't want Hasbro on DC either.
Eh, the only other game in town would be Playmates or Bandai. Bandai probably the most likely given its prior relationship with Warner Bros (snatching up stuff like Thundercats, Teen Titans, and Ben 10 Mattel PASSED on), but even then, they would definitely take the property even MORE kid-centric than Mattel, and we'd see even less of the collector-centric product.
