Your brother has my sympathy, but it seems I lucked out with non-breaking toys then. So not all figures are going to be fine, I guess the overall point with Funko then is to buy with extra caution and keep the packaging in well enough condition to return if necessary. Unless you bought it online then I suppose the lesson is to not buy Funko legacy figures online anymore. I can't say I'm a big fan of the Funko legacy figures, I like what I have from 'em, but I don't see myself getting many figures from the line especially if every figure from now on keeps the $25 price. If future figures drop back to $20, then I'd be mighty puzzled as to why the Magic figures were more expensive.
