[QUOTE=Dr Kain;571561]I'm moving this here:
Why would you want Myers to show up? That was not the point of HIII. The point of the series was to move away from the Myers character (who was never supposed to have a sequel to begin with) and do a yearly anthology of stories, which would have been far better than just bringing Myers back.
If they didn't come in the box set, I would not own either of those pieces of crap Zombie pooped out. The first one was subpar (in fact, it was the first Halloween movie I ever saw), but the second one is just absolute white horse shit.
I liked the remake of part one only because it went more in depth into Michaels childhood and his relationship with Lumis. I thought that was interesting and spooky to see an innocent kid becoming a psychopath for no apparent reason. part two.... I'll just say I've got mixed feelings, especially on the "visions" Myers kept having.
I'm going out today to get the Rec films. It's obvious I've missed something awesome.
I am slightly shocked that with all of the Sci-Fi fan-boys in here no one has put Slither on the list yet! or any of Sam Ramey's work the Evil dead movies! c'mon there must watch! and Drag me to hell is decent (maybe more comedy than horror) but still a good was to burn 90 minutes.
Has anyone seen any of the new Kevin Smith horror movies? I cant remember the titles, but I caught the tail end of a preview, It's got the kid from Dodge ball, and Jeepers Creepers in it....
