Via Ebay seller jet_tang_2000 we have our first look at another group of toys which we now know will carry over into the 2015 assortment of Transformers toys. They've posted some prototypes of Titan figures on the auction site from the upcoming Robots in Disguise series.
There are three prototypes. The first two we know to be
Bumblebee
and
Optimus Prime
. The third one is the "Wolfman" from the latest trailer, who is being called
Galvatron
by the seller, but we're not clear on if this truly is Galvatron or if he's just being called this because he happens to resemble the face of the Age of Extinction baddie. It's also been pointed out that Bumblebee and Optimus Prime's heads have been switched - these are mold tests so this will probably be fixed by the time these hit shelves.
Of note is that the Optimus Prime and Bumblebee seem to be talking figures - there are battery compartments visible on the back, with what looks like buttons and speaker vents on the front. "Galvatron" does not sport these features - so we're probably seeing two different classes of Titan figures here.
You can check out our mirror of the three Titan prototype images - these are clearly early versions, mold tests by the looks of it. We'll probably not see final versions of these until Toy Fair next year, but you never know - Hasbro might treat us at the New York Comic Con, which kicks off today!
