El Acertijo

General
A bit of History In the 1980's Kenner was incharge of the DC Lines they Produced the Superpowers line. In America the quality was pretty good but in Argentina they elected to make a Riddler figure but lacked the proper resources so they took Hal Jordan Green Lantern and converted him into the Riddler aka El Acertijo. the 30th Anniversary of the Superpowers line. This Line included from across 5 Mattel DC Lines including DC Superheroes, DC Universe Classics, Batman Legacy, Batman Unlimited, and DC Superpowers Tribute and included Comic Conn Exclusives.

Articualtion
This figures articulation is the same as every Hal Jordan ever released. The Articulations are also very Loose. I give it a 1

Appearance
This is just Hal Jordan in different colors. I give it a 1

Accessories
None. I give it a 0

What it lacks
this figure lacks anything of value. The Tribute is lost since nobody really understands it and in the end it makes the figure look like a production mistake instead of intentionally done.
