yeah, the alien release made since to me because it was kind of a "resurrection" of a canceled line, which is cool on many levels because it could open up exclusive production of canceled figures in other lines, and the fact that it's something that (I feel) should have definitely been made at the time. but when you start getting into retrofying properties like "scream" and pin head... that seems, I don't know, I'll say unnecessary for lack of a better word. another thing I don't get is how it seems that multiple companies are making the same characters in action figure form? can a property sell it's license to multiple companies at the same time? I always thought there were exclusivity issues there.
