These are not too fragile, the problem is that some of the paint gets stuck in the joints as most McFarlane toys. you have to move them carefully or run them under some hot water to get the joints working right. After that they do pretty well. The biggest issue I have found are the paint apps. Its great to find them in store but online ordering can be horrible.
I have been waiting for my walgreens to get some, so far I have only had some luck at gamestop. the Carol seems to be the worst paint problem, the eyes are crazy. Abraham and Hershel are really spot on. the Bungee zombie is okay but mine looks kind of like one of the old toy biz resident evil zombies. And finally, Rick.
The sculpt is totally there, the wash they used and the eyebrows are way off. He looks like he was cleaning a chimney and lost his eyebrows. In pictures he looks good but in person not so much- totally opposite of the Daryl figure.
Still a great line, but we have most of the main figures so get ready for re-paints and B-teams (which I am still okay with)

I think I know what one of the next re-tooled figures might be. After they re-released the season 2 Rick with the head from season 1 and Shane with just a new head... I'm pretty sure the season 5 Rick will look something like this.



I still need to re-paint and sculpt some details but I am really happy with this.
