Truthfully, I couldn't tell you what the price was, since they were on a peg that had no price tag and TRU was so nuts this morning that I doubt the employees had time to put them up. I haven't been able to find prices anywhere online either. I can't imagine them being too much more than the regular figs or SuperHero Mashers.
For the most part, they are the exact same mold. Tiger Claw had no new paint apps, came with his two pistols, and had no additional articulation. Shredder was slightly different in terms of mold (his head was a bit bigger) but had almost the same arms as 2.0 Shredder and no additional articulation as well. From all I could see...these were done kind of on the lazy side...the only difference was that these figures use ball joints to allow easy removal of the limbs. They don't swivel out like SH Mashers do...
