Well that's because the legends are made by Hasbro and are toys meant to be played with, the articulation is actually same/better on most new legends since they're meant to do dynamic poses and shit for play purposes. Marvel Select figures are like the adult collectibles line of Marvel, as DCC is to Mattel, except Select figures aren't super QC issue prone like DCC apparently is (I haven't bought too many figures from DCC to complain yet). I don't have any Marvel Select figures since they haven't done like Apocalypse yet and the Moon Knight was older and less than what they do now, but I do have DST's Universal Monsters Creature from the Black Lagoon (the new one) and it's a fine figure.

i just wish we had more characters being made by select as opposed to less then a handful each year. i've heard tons of horror stories about the DCC figures, i actually have a good dozen of them and have been waiting to open them but im slightly nervous in doing so
