I got a few of the all stars IM3 armours just for background Hall of Armour pieces and they work fine just to look like you've got a huge groups, but a 5 poa Ultron at least means we'll get a movie accurate head which (by the look of the Hot Toys Ultron) we can put on a Star Wars Magnaguard body. And I don't think the new Ultron is instead of the new MI one.
A sliced open mouth and some paint on an Iron Man head and I've got an Ultron 1 type.
As a stand in for Ultron drones, I used the Star Wars Clone Wars Commando Droids. They've got wiry frames, and Ultron-y heads. The blue ones work as the Iron Legion before Ultron comes out - "You're all puppets...tangled in...strings. Strings."

I'll be buying the Titan series Hulkbuster as a stand in for the Phoenix Buster armour from AvX
