The 2014 one is made straight from the CG model Legendary used in the film, obviously the 24" long one is a lot better at capturing all of it (and easily the best 2014 Godzilla toy) than the 12" long one captures, but both of their 2014 figures are ripped from source so you can't really compare them to the others. I think the main reason they don't nail the others 100% is that there aren't any suits for them to compare and use for reference, it's all by look I guess and some movies use multiple suits throughout which isn't great for reference. I don't know since I don't have any in box on hand, but it also might not be the same figure and sculpting team that does a lot of their other stuff. Either way that '54 figure looks great.
