Get one of the MU figures, Thanos is never depicted as really huge, his listed height is actually around 6'7". Very few artists make him more than 7' tall, hell in his most famous story (The Infinity Gauntlet) he's hardly any taller than Silver Surfer or Adam Warlock. It's hard to even use Hulk as legends to be in scale since Hulk's max height is usually listed as 8'8" so a Hulk legends figure closer to 7" tall is kinda pushing it. A 7" figure in scale would be scaled to about 10'6", so you can maybe pass Hulk off that big if you want a truly giant Hulk, but not really Thanos.
