Is there fakes going ground do I have to be cautious?

Most SH figuarts fakes that i've seen are on the sailor moon line. If youre buying it from a reputable online dealer like BBTS I wouldn't worry too much about fakes. I would worry more about the sellers from ebay with little to no feedback.

Also Diamond select, Marvel Select, DC collectibles all look good but it seems S.H. figuarts look better and come with extras like blast for iron man etc. Does any other lines do that come with extra head for different design etc?

The Japanese import figures truly excel in the small details and accessories but they also typically cost twice or triple the price of hasbro, dc, marvel, mattel offerings. Plenty of Marvel Legends figures come with additional heads/ interchangeable hands etcs. Marvel Select figures typically include a nice base or accessories (but remember these are 7inch scale).

You are not kidding, really impressed by the Acid Rain line.
