Like everyone else said this was just a feckin' weirdo who swapped parts because they only wanted the head but not to pay for it. It happened before here on the ark where someone found a TRU exclusive light up base Black Widow with the Star Wars Black Series fugly Mara Jade head on it because they only got the Black Widow to do a head swap on their Mara Jade toy and then returned the Black Widow thereby getting the head they wanted and not paying for two figures. It's pretty much feckin' scalping is what it is.
