If Luke wouldn't have went to Dagobah the audience wouldn't have known Yoda was there, so Ashoka could be on some dirtball somewhere being smart to stay away from getting killed.

I dunno, it seems pretty cowardly/unheroic to do nothing but hide and just let the Empire rule the galaxy as an evil dictatorship. From what we saw this character be like before to just hide and wait it out seems out of character, Yoda goes into hiding because he's too weak on his own to take on Vader and the Emperor and he knows it and Obi Wan is in hiding to watch over Luke but Ahsoka was always headstrong and ran into things so sitting this one out wouldn't be much of an option (and obviously as seen in Rebels she won't be sitting it out). My guess is she dies fighting Vader either to save someone or in an attempt to show him what a good guy he used to be, except we already know that nothing will make Vader change his mind until his son confronts him so much later. That or she gets put into stasis or something that would reasonably force her out of the fight, but just hiding it out seems wrong. My thing is: I really doubt Vader would let her go if he knew she was alive just like "oh you were my padawan so go run along and hide" since he's all super villain mode, maybe he tries to turn her to the Dark Side and she refuses. I dunno, this is all speculation.
