Wasn't he wearing a black and red suit at one point? I thought that was to infer that the story was somewhat later on, but then when he unmasked, it was clear that he was still young. It was a little confusing, but then I kinda forgot about it because the crappy script completely eclipsed that issue.
Also MAYBE SPOILER ALERT:
The tech that Penguin used to hear the conversations of others conveniently missed the conversation between Bruce Wayne and Oliver Queen. I would have thought he would have been curious about what two of the richest bachelors in the world would be talking about together, thus possibly giving away their identities. And his one time ability to find the weakness in things to make bricks fall on a criminal was out of character, especially since they never used that ability again for the rest of the show. If Cheetah is supposed to be Wonder Woman's arch-enemy, it seems that she would be a much more formidable combatant than she was depicted.
