I've lost ranking plenty of times after winning a fight. It usually means you lost a defense or two while you were fighting. Sometimes it takes a little while for the losses to show up, though.

And 105 in five hours? I've lost that much and more in a single hour before, though admittedly it was a combination of losing offensive battles and defensive ones. Which is basically why I refuse to PvP at all anymore. Worthy Spider-Woman + Worthy Luke Cage killed it for me.
