I was wondering if anyone else was having issues with Toys R Us


I pre-ordered some marvel figures on the site in June and a few weeks back the same items went on sale and were still listed as pre-order. I contacted support asking if I could get a price match since they had not yet shipped and they said no, so I asked to cancel and reorder and he told me not to do that he would escalate the issue and make sure I am taken care of.

I waited a week with no answer, contact them they said to wait longer, which I did then contacted them another week later and the person told me they wont do anything and offered me a 10.00 coupon to be used in the next 10 days.

I kept waiting and on 8/2 I was informed by e-mail that the items would not ship for another 15 days so I contacted them again and canceled the order and bought the items from BBTS. On 8/3 they decide to ship the items anyway.

Now they are giving me a hard time about returning an order I canceled. Is this normal for them? I really want nothing to do with a company that operates like this.
