Thanks Raf! My SF collection is based off of characters from the original, Alpha, and SF4 series of games...which were all of my favorites in the series. I was never a fan of SF3:TS, hence why there's no Remy, who was a Third Strike character.
Most of my figures were picked up back in the day when the line first launched. I used to follow the line religiously, and I can recall studying and remembering release dates given in Toyfare and Tomart's Toy Guides at Borders (remember those days?) I used to prefer a lot of the alt costumes to many of the characters, and as a result, picked up the majority of my figures from Gamestop (where I used to work at the time.) Some of the others were grabbed from my LCS at the time when they released. The only character I can think of that I picked up through other means was Dan, who's pink gi variant was a ToyFare exclusive.
These figures have been through a lot with me, and are probably some of the figures I am most sentimental about to this day. I wish SOTA had gotten around to making Dee Jay before they closed their doors, because it knaws at me every time I look at my collection.
