^^ This. On the Target website, the Hulkbuster wave is currently listed as being $12.33, which is what I used to get the price match.
It's not foolproof however. First, the item has to match exactly, so if you are getting War Machine, you have to find War Machine on Target's site and show them. The item also has to be shown either in-stock at a local store, or available for order online. When I went today, none of the figures were currently available to order online, however, the "find them at a store" option said that they were to be in stock at one or two stores nearby (which...who knows since many Targets use the same DCPI# for things...) and since it said that, the managers were more than happy to give me the price match.
Every Walmart is different of course, and you might not have a manager at your local one who is by the book on things, so it might be easier for you than it was for me. The manager at mine was very by the book on things, and went as far as to look up the items on his own phone to confirm the prices, making it feel like an even bigger score in the end.
